This Returns Policy applies to products purchased from Drips within Egypt. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy. Where applicable, your statutory rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 are preserved.
1. Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an item is excluded below.
2. Eligible condition
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags should be included where possible.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
3. Hygiene & worn clothing
T-shirts and other worn clothing are hygiene-sensitive. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened, used, washed, or removed from sealed packaging — unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
4. Defective or wrong items
If you receive a faulty item, or something different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping where the error is ours.
5. How to start a return
- Email info@drips-eg.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions — do not send items without approval.
- Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.
We are building an in-account complaints and requests flow; until then, email is the official channel for returns, cancellations, and refund inquiries.
6. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns that we approve, return shipping is typically the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover return shipping or arrange collection where available.
7. Refunds (including COD)
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s), usually within 14 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange your refund after approval — for example via e-wallets or InstaPay to the details you provide. Where our courier partner allows, we may also refund in cash on a return visit; we will confirm the available option with you by email or phone.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges (for example another size or colour) depend on stock availability. Contact us with your preferred alternative; price differences may apply.
9. Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is treated as a return under this policy. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
