Drips delivers clothing within the Arab Republic of Egypt only. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Delivery areas
We ship to all governorates listed at checkout. Please enter a complete street address, city, governorate, and an active phone number so our courier can reach you.
2. Shipping fees
- Free shipping on orders with a subtotal of 500 EGP or more.
- 50 EGP shipping on orders below 500 EGP (shown at checkout before you place your order).
3. Estimated delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after confirmation, depending on your governorate and courier capacity. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Sunday–Thursday in Egypt, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order number on our confirmation page once your order is placed. We or our courier may contact you by phone before delivery — especially for cash on delivery orders.
5. Cash on delivery (COD)
Please have the exact order total ready when possible. If you are unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us and treated as a failed delivery.
6. Inspection on delivery
We recommend checking your package in the presence of the courier. If the outer packaging is clearly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us at info@drips-eg.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
7. Delays & force majeure
Drips is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including severe weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or unreachable phone numbers. We will do our best to keep you informed.
8. Lost or missing parcels
If your tracking or delivery window has passed, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate under our Returns Policy.
