These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Drips website and your purchase of products from us. Drips sells clothing and fashion products online within the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
2. Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise.
- We strive to display accurate descriptions and images; minor variations in colour or texture may occur for clothing and textile products.
- We may change prices, offers, or product availability at any time. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order number on our confirmation page (and/or by email when notifications are enabled). We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an obvious pricing error.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Egypt. Payment is due in full when you receive your order. By placing a COD order, you agree to be available at the delivery address and phone number provided and to pay the stated total upon delivery.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery is available within Egypt only.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy and, where applicable, Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Hygiene-sensitive worn clothing items may be excluded from return once opened or used, except where defective on arrival.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Signed-in customers can view order history in their account. Guest orders are not linked to an account unless you sign in before checkout.
8. Reviews & user content
Product reviews you submit must be honest and must not contain offensive, misleading, or unlawful content. We may moderate or remove reviews at our discretion.
9. Intellectual property
All content on drips.eg — including logos, images, and text — is owned by Drips or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Drips is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt.
